We propose to create a Consent type as a subtype of Intagible and to which ImplicitConsent and ExplicitConsent types are attached.

1. Consent to track.
2. Consent to contact.
3. Consent to secondary uses (which one?)
4. Consent to share data with third parties.

Good point. Currently, Consent is described as an action option, the action being to share, distribute, collect... We might need some sort of "reverse" option.
