We propose to create a Consent type as a subtype of Intagible and to which ImplicitConsent and ExplicitConsent types are attached.

2021-01-29 11:24:52: we could dive on consent like this: consent on what?
1. Consent to track.
2. Consent to contact.
3. Consent to secondary uses (which one?)
4. Consent to share data with third parties.
